• relate to transactions involving (a) narcotics, steroids, certain controlled substances or other products that present a risk to consumer safety, (b) drug paraphernalia, (c) cigarettes, (d) items that encourage, promote, facilitate, or instruct others to engage in illegal activity, (e) stolen goods including digital and virtual goods, (f) the promotion of hate, violence, racial or other forms of intolerance that is discriminatory or the financial exploitation of a crime, (g) items that are considered obscene, (h) items that infringe or violate any copyright, trademark, right of publicity or privacy or any other proprietary right under the laws of any jurisdiction, (i) certain sexually oriented materials or services, (j) ammunition, firearms, or certain firearm parts or accessories, or (k) certain weapons or knives regulated under applicable law.
• relate to transactions that (a) show the personal information of third parties in violation of applicable law, (b) support pyramid or ponzi schemes, matrix programs, other "get rich quick" schemes or certain multi-level marketing programs, (c) are associated with purchases of annuities or lottery contracts, lay-away systems, off-shore banking or transactions to finance or refinance debts funded by a credit card, (d) are for the sale of certain items before the seller has control or possession of the item, (e) are by payment processors to collect payments on behalf of merchants, (f) are associated with the sale of traveler's checks or money orders, (g) involve currency exchanges or check cashing businesses, (h) involve certain credit repair, debt settlement services, credit transactions or insurance activities, or (i) involve offering or receiving payments for the purpose of bribery or corruption.
• involve the sales of products or services identified by government agencies to have a high likelihood of being fraudulent.
• relate to transactions involving any activity that requires pre-approval without having obtained said approval.
• operate within business categories that require prior authorization. Merchants in the categories below must obtain written approval from Peeptown before processing payments by contacting hello@peeptown.com:
  • Transportation (airlines, charters, air taxi operators)
  • Charities or non-profit organizations collecting donations
  • High value items such as jewels, precious metals, or stones
  • Payment facilitators, money service businesses, or electronic money institutions
  • Investments including stocks, bonds, securities, commodities, or similar interests
  • Gambling, gaming, prize draws, or contests
  • Cryptocurrency or other digital representations of value
  • Prescription items or prescription dispensing services
  • Telemedicine services
  • Mature audience content, including digital adult media
  • Online dating services
  • Live streaming or broadcasting platforms
  • File-sharing or cyberlocker services
  • Alcohol sales
  • Tobacco products, including e-cigarettes and cigars
  • Medical items or healthcare services
  • Multilevel marketing or direct selling organizations
  • Online marketplaces facilitating third-party sales
• fail to comply with this Acceptable Use Policy, which may result in suspension or termination of Peeptown accounts.

6. Payment Terms

For paid services:

• Fees are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis
• All payments are non-refundable unless required by law
• You are responsible for all applicable taxes
• We may change our fees at any time with notice

Your use of Peeptown is also governed by our Privacy Policy. Please review our Privacy Policy, which also governs the site and informs users of our data collection practices.

8. Disclaimer

The materials on Peeptown are provided on an 'as is' basis. Peeptown makes no warranties, expressed or implied, and hereby disclaims and negates all other warranties including, without limitation, implied warranties or conditions of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement of intellectual property or other violation of rights.

In no event shall Peeptown or its suppliers be liable for any damages (including, without limitation, damages for loss of data or profit, or due to business interruption) arising out of the use or inability to use the materials on Peeptown.
